Business Honoree

Jonathan Resnick | President, Jack Resnick & Sons

Since joining Jack Resnick & Sons in 1997, Jonathan Resnick has played a pivotal role in real estate management. His leadership exemplifies our commitment to STEAM innovation, and his service as a former member of our Board of Directors helped guide Salvadori’s mission and impact.

In 2024, he was presented with the George A. Fox Public Service Award from the New York Building Congress, and in 2023 received Pace University’s 2023 Downtown Changemaker Award for his work championing lower Manhattan, its cultural vibrancy and local economy. He was also honored in 2021 by the Archdiocese of New York’s Construction and Building Industry Division, and in 2019 by the rehabilitative housing nonprofit The Bridge with its Partner in Caring Individual Award.

Design Honoree

Angelica T. Baccon | Principal, SHoP Architects

At SHoP Architects, Angelica T. Baccon leads large-scale, design-driven projects around the world. Together with the SHoP team, her portfolio spans complex mixed-use, workplace, and master planning projects, including the Uber Headquarters in San Francisco, Atlassian’s new workplace in Sydney, and major developments in India that redefine urban environments through innovation and community impact.

Based in New York City, she has played a key role in shaping the East River waterfront and the South Street Seaport through her work on Pier 17. Her leadership aligns with our commitment to STEAM innovation and community impact.

Public Service Honoree

Miriam Harris | Senior Vice President,
Transit-Oriented Development, MTA Construction & Development

Miriam leads a team of real estate and planning professionals working to build housing and job centers near public transportation. Throughout her career, she has led complex real estate transactions and large-scale development projects that shape New York's built environment and expand opportunities for housing and commerce.

Her work has helped advance transformative development across New York City, creating more vibrant, connected communities and expanding opportunity through thoughtful urban planning.
